New PSA is frugal and agile, Europe chief Martin says

PSA's focus on costs and agility means that it doesn't need partners beyond its Chinese investor Dongfeng for its electrification strategy, said Denis Martin, the automaker's European chief. PSA plans to launch four EVs and seven plug-in hybrids by 2021.
