Former Lear exec Moschini joins IAC as Europe finance boss

Interiors supplier IAC Group has picked former Lear Corp. executive Joergen Moschini to take on the newly created position of senior vice president of finance for Europe.
During his 12 years with Lear, Moschini held a variety of roles that included leading the seating supplier's Volvo, General Motors Europe, Jaguar Land Rover and Nissan Europe business groups. He also served as Lear's finance director in Italy and Sweden. Moschini has joined IAC from Swedwood International, the industrial group behind Swedish home products giant IKEA.
Moschini will report to IAC Chief Financial Officer Dennis Richardville, who said in a statement: "We are pleased to welcome Joergen to his new leadership role … I look forward to working more closely with him as he shares his experience and industry insight with our European financial team."

Moschini, who graduated from the University of Karlstad in Sweden with a bachelor's degree in business administration and economics, will be based at IAC's global headquarters in Luxembourg.
IAC ranks No. 47 on the Automotive News Europe list of the top 100 global suppliers with worldwide sales to automakers of $4.4 billion in 2011. Europe accounted for 43 percent of that total.
