The company will manufacture the seals at a plant in Wuhu, China.

In October, SKF announced it would supply wheel hub bearings and MacPherson suspension bearing units for the Volvo S60L, which is produced in Chengdu.

In November, Volvo launched production of the S60L at its new Chengdu assembly plant that it licenses from its corporate parent, Zhejiang Geely, which purchased the Swedish automaker from Ford Motor in 2010.
