Dutch vehicle authority requests answers on fatal Tesla crash

FRANKFURT -- Dutch vehicle approval authority RDW has asked the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for details of a fatal Tesla crash to see if cars equipped with the autopilot function, approved in Europe by RDW, are safe.
