BMW sees battery costs weighing on EVs

BMW says the app could save customers nearly $400 (295 euros) annually on electricity costs for charging.

MUNICH -- BMW Group sees no quick way to boost profit from electric cars, with battery capacity and cost set to weigh on the technology for the foreseeable future.
