Dutch, UK drivers team up to sue VW over emissions cheating

LONDON -- About 220,000 car drivers in the Netherlands and the UK joined forces on Tuesday in what could become a pan-European lawsuit against Volkswagen Group seeking compensation over its diesel-emissions scandal.
