Daimler threatened with $4.4B fine over emissions, report says

BERLIN -- German Transport Minister Andreas Scheuer has threatened to fine Daimler 3.75 billion euros ($4.4 billion) over alleged diesel-emissions cheating, Spiegel magazine reported on Friday.
