Michael Vadasz has served as chairman of the Mini National Dealer Council since March 2014. As general manager of his family's dealership Otto's Mini, in Exton, Pa., about 30 miles west of Philadelphia, since 2003, Vadasz has seen the brand's highs as it reveled in new product and lows as it struggles to overcome a consumer shift to SUVs and pickups.
