Tungsten wires embedded in the screen can defrost a screen from -5 degrees Celsius in less than two minutes. Deliveries will start April 1998.
LONDON - LucasVarity's Light Vehicle Braking Systems Division will supply aluminum rear brake calipers for a number of Volkswagen Group models. Output is expected to double to five million units a year starting 1998. Models include the Passat, Golf; and Audi A3, A4 and A6.
