RENAULT - Guy Bara, 59, will head the joint venture between Renault and the city of Moscow to make Megane sedans in Russia. He was previously manager of the Douai, France, plant. He is replaced in Douai by Yann Vincent, 41, previously manufacturing manager at the Batilly commercial vehicle plant.
HEULIEZ - Henri Novel, 44, has been named chairman of the management board at manufacturer Euro Automobiles Heuliez. He is replaced as general manager by Henri Blin, 56. Jean-Marc Vives, 38, will become chairman of the management board at France Design, Heuliez's design subsidiary.
OPEL FRANCE - Alain Groult, 41, has replaced Thierry Lespiaucq as sales manager. Groult, who was previously marketing manager, is also in charge of the dealers network.
BOSCH - Pierre Lauvin, 40, has been promoted to general manager of Robert Bosch France, in charge of all technical issues. He joined Bosch France in 1987.
SAAB - Frederick Stickel, 53, has been appointed vice president for finance at Saab Automobile AB. He was previously finance director for portfolio management at GM in North America. Stickel replaced John Arle, who became executive director for planning at Delphi Automotive Systems in February.
LUCASVARITY - Dominique Chauvin, 57, has been appointed chairman of Lucas France, a subsidiary of LucasVarity. He replaces Michel de Guillebon, who is leaving the group. Chauvin was previously managing director of LucasVarity Diesel Systems.
UT AUTOMOTIVE - Masatsugu Yoshida, 57, has been appointed to the newly created position of managing director for Japan. He will be based in Tokyo. Yoshida was previously director of marketing and sales for the Far East at BAICO, a joint venture between AlliedSignal and Atlantic Research Corp.
