MODENA, Italy Ferrari enthusiasts around the globe now have a website where they can share their passion for the renowned sports cars.
Ferrari World Club has been set up by Ferrari Idea SA and guided by Andrea Agnelli, the eldest son of Umberto Agnelli. It is expected to become the center of dialogue and information exchange for all Ferrari fans. For an annual fee of A100 for Europe and Switzerland, and A120 for the rest of the world, members can enter at www.club.ferrari.com.
Paying members will receive a year's subscription to the club's monthly magazine along with free access to the web site. The site will provide real-time news on everything that goes on at Ferrari, with forums, chat lines, personalized e-mail addresses, simulations and a wide range of photographs.
In addition, members will also get the chance to visit the factory, attend Formula One races as guests in the Paddock Club, attend private test sessions and take part in the presentation of forthcoming Formula One cars.
