PARIS - Czech automaker Skoda has moved its estimated E10 million French advertising account from Grey Direct, Paris, to Paris independent Bon Angle.
Bon Angle, which has worked for Skoda on specific vehicle campaigns in the past year, including the launch of the Octavia, has taken over all brand and product advertising in France.
The first element in the assignment is a series of Internet, outdoor, print and radio spots promoting the Fabia supermini that went on sale in France in late May. Bon Angle is pushing the car under the signature slogan: 'Fabia, the car that makes life easier.'
Skoda sold slightly more than 11,000 vehicles in France in 1999, representing a growth of nearly 20 percent from the previous year.
