RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil - Audi has unveiled a set of print advertisements for several of its models across Latin America.
The advertisements were created by Audi's Brazilian agency, Almap BBDO, Sao Paulo.
Two sets of print advertisements titled 'Financial Experts' and 'Rich People,' for the Audi A6, broke respectively on August 7 in Time and Newsweek's Latin American editions. A third advertisement, 'Cheetah,' will promote the A3 while a fourth, unnamed advertisement will feature Audi's performance models.
All four advertisements will be included in a special importers' kit containing smaller formats of the print advertisement to be used by Audi distributors in the region according to market requirements.
Almap BBDO co-CEO/Creative Director Marcello Serpa oversaw art direction. Previously awarded work by the agency for Audi includes a graceful rabbit eluding a bobcat as a metaphor for a high-performance Audi car. In Brazil, Audi aims to sell more than 10,000 cars a year, according to local reports.
