Fiat Auto and General Motors have named the management teams of their two 50-50 joint-ventures -Fiat-GM Powertrain and GM-Fiat Worldwide Purchasing.
The board of directors at Fiat-GM Powertrain includes:
Roberto Testore, Nunzio Pulvirenti, Daniele Bandiera, Gianni Coda and Renato Zambrano from Fiat. Pulvirenti will be chairman.
Arvin Mueller, Daniel Hancock, Robert Hendry, Peter Augustsson and Frederick Henderson from GM. Hancock will be the CEO, reporting to Pulvirenti.
Raffaello Porro (head of external relations and communications) and Jon Jacobson (general counsel in charge of legal affairs) will also report to Pulvirenti.
Sector leaders Stefano Monaco (transmissions) and Gene Kolodziej (engines) will report to Hancock.
The board of directors at GM-Fiat Worldwide Purchasing includes:
Michael Burns, Bo Andersson, Robert Socia, Reinald Hoben and Hans Demant from GM. Socia will be chairman.
Roberto Testore, Tommaso Le Pera, Daniele Bandiera, Gianni Coda and Nevio Di Giusto from Fiat. Le Pera will be the CEO, reporting to Socia.
