The parent company is a big sponsor of Ferrari's Formula One cars, but Fiat brand cars are no longer sold in North America.
So for the races in Canada and US (June 25 and July 2), Ferrari replaced the Fiat sponsorship logo on its F1 cars with the logo of Case, Fiat group's US tractor making subsidiary in Racine, Wisconsin. It's the first time since 1968 that Fiat's logo wasn't on the Ferrari F1 racecar.
Case is clearly more workhorse than Prancing Horse, but Case President Mario Ferla sees no conflict in images.
He quipped: "Both are readily identified by their powerful products and signature red color."
