Delphi has sold an electronics plant in Germany to Freudenberg NOK Mechatronics. The plant in Berlin makes flexible printed circuits for automotive electronics applications.
Delphi says that such circuits are not part of its core technologies. The Berlin factory generated sales of E27 million in 2005 and employs 160 people.
Freudenberg NOK Mechatronics is a joint venture between Freudenberg of Weinheim, Germany, and Tokyio-based NOK Corporation.
