DaimlerChryslers Rüdiger Grube and Andreas Renschler will serve on the automakers management board at least until 2010.
D/Cs supervisory board extended the contracts of the two executives from September 2007 to September 2010.
Grube, 55, is responsible for D/Cs corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, IT, industrial alliances and northeast Asia. He has been a management board member since 2000.
Renschler, 48, heads D/Cs truck and bus division, a post he has held since 2004. Previously he was president of D/Cs Smart small-car unit.
