Robert Bosch's navigation system for the new fifth-generation Volkswagen Polo has an automatic zoom that adjusts to driving conditions. During city driving the system shows a detailed picture of the surroundings but drivers get to see up to 25km ahead when on the highway. The navigation system is a €500 option. Bosch also supplies the subcompact's ABS and electronic stability control systems. French supplier Faurecia produces complete seats that are made exclusively for the Polo. Faurecia produces the seats in Spain and Belgium. TRW Automotive provides the Polo with its electrically powered hydraulic steering.
