Bentley has named Marlies Rogait, a veteran Volkswagen Group executive, as its new head of human resources, effective October 1.
Rogait, 57, will succeed Ariane Reinhart, who is leaving the automaker.
"Marlies Rogait will further drive the work of our HR department. I am very much looking forward to working with her," Bentley CEO Wolfgang Duerheimer said in a statement.
Rogait, a German national, has held senior management positions in the human resources department of Bentley parent Volkswagen since 2004. She was instrumental in introducing systematic human resources development in the group's German factories.
In 2010, Rogait became head of human resources for sales and marketing at VW Group.
