DETROIT -- Gualberto Ranieri, the senior vice president for communications for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ subsidiary, FCA US, has returned to Italy, exactly seven years after arriving to work for the former Fiat S.p.A. in the US.
At FCA headquarters in Turin, Italy, Ranieri will now be in charge of foreign media.
A U.S. successor for Ranieri, who turns 69 today, was not named. Shawn Morgan will continue to head corporate and internal communications and Rick Deneau will continue to head brand and product communications.
Both Morgan and Deneau will both now report directly to FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne, in his role as COO of FCA’s NAFTA region.
