Fisker will report third-quarter earnings Wednesday after a slow launch for its Ocean crossover and a price cut last month for the top Extreme trim.
The automaker in August cut its 2023 production forecast to 20,000 to 23,000 Oceans from its previous estimate of 32,000 to 36,000 due to a supplier issue.
In September, the last month of the quarter, Fisker said production had reached 5,000 since the Ocean's launch in June. The electric vehicle newcomer said it had delivered 900 vehicles in the U.S. and Europe as of Sept. 26.
Cox Automotive estimated Fisker's third-quarter U.S. deliveries at 997 in a report last month.
