LONDON -- Nissan will pause a production line at its factory in Sunderland, England, due to supply chain disruption caused by the pandemic.
The automaker will temporarily stop the line produces Qashqai compact crossover and Leaf small electric car on Friday.
"We anticipate that production will resume on Monday next week," Nissan said.
Global shipping has been hit by the pandemic, with containers and goods stuck in the wrong ports.
