REASON FOR WINNING:Maserati's sales have doubled, helped by the work Tencone did on the sleek and stylish Quattroporte and Ghibli sedans. The carmaker will get another boost once the Alfieri coupe debuts, likely in 2016. Meanwhile, the rakish 4C has sparked a renewed global interest in Alfa Romeo. Some have referred to the string of hits as an Italian design renaissance. If so, Marco Tencone is the maestro of the revival.
