Fiat Chrysler Q1 profit jumps 22% on Europe rebound, N. America demand

Sales of the Italy-built Jeep Renegade boosted Fiat Chrysler.

MILAN (Bloomberg) -- Fiat Chrysler Automobiles said first-quarter profit jumped 22 percent, backed by a resurgent European market, U.S. demand for Ram pickups and Jeep SUVs, and a strong dollar.
