VW to launch low-cost car family for China, possibly elsewhere, in 2018

FRANKFURT (Reuters) -- Volkswagen plans to launch a family of low-cost budget cars in China and possibly elsewhere starting in 2018, CEO Martin Winterkorn said in a newspaper interview published Sunday.
