Fiat Chrysler said to mull Maserati, Alfa spinoffs to boost value

MILAN -- Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is considering options including a plan to spin off the upscale Maserati and Alfa Romeo brands as well as its components operations, said people familiar with the discussions.
