Suzuki will debut two concept cars at next month's Geneva auto show that preview future additions to its European lineup.
The automaker will unveil these concepts in Geneva on March 3:
- The iK-2 subcompact hatchback. This previews a car that will sit alongside the Swift subcompact, the brand’s best-seller in Europe.
- The iM-4 subcompact SUV. This showcases a new model that will go on sale alongside the SX4 S-Cross and Jimny crossovers.
Production versions of the concepts will be "additional cars in the range," a Suzuki spokesperson told Automotive News Europe.
Media reports have said that a production version of the iM-4 could replace the Jimny, but the spokesperson said the automaker will update the Jimny to meet the new Euro 6 emissions standard.
Suzuki will roll out its new Vitara subcompact crossover in Europe starting in March. The Vitara will be sold across Europe while the larger SX4 subcompact crossover is sold in select markets, including Germany.
