Audi in talks to buy premium EV platform from China's SAIC, report says

SAIC L7 sedan — The 5,098-mm long L7 five-door sedan is equipped with two electric motors: the front motor produces 175 kW of power and 209 Nm of maximum torque, while the rear motor has 250 kW and 399 Nm. (SAIC)

SHANGHAI -- Audi is in talks with SAIC to buy an electric vehicle platform from the Chinese state-owned automaker, two people familiar with the matter said.
