European Commission chief says Trump won't impose auto tariffs on EU

BERLIN/WASHINGTON -- Outgoing European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker does not believe President Donald Trump will impose tariffs on imported European cars next week, he told Germany's Sueddeutsche Zeitung.
