CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: Koller was appointed Faurecia CEO in 2016 after serving as chief operating officer for 16 months. He joined the supplier in 2006 as head of automotive seating. Koller began his automotive career at VDO Instruments in 1990. He has also held management positions at Hella and Valeo and Rhodia Group (now Solvay).

REASON FOR WINNING: Koller has positioned Faurecia as a leader in connected and autonomous vehicles through partnerships and increased investment in digital technologies, r&d and innovation. Through its Clean Mobility division, the supplier is also strengthening its emissions reduction technologies. Over the past year, Faurecia has invested in Parrot Automotive, TactoTek and Jiangxi Coagent Electronics to reinforce its expertise in human-machine interface, displays and connectivity.
