New York announces $3.2M settlement to resolve allegations of lease buyout overcharging at Nissan stores

Former and current leaders of eight New York Nissan dealerships have agreed to pay a combined $3.2 million in restitution and penalties to settle allegations their stores overcharged more than 1,000 consumers seeking to buy out leases.
