Qualcomm to acquire Israeli chipmaker Autotalks

Chip designer Qualcomm will buy Israel's Autotalks as the U.S. company looks to deepen its automotive business, Qualcomm said in a statement. Autotalks makes chips used in technology aimed at preventing vehicle crashes.
