Hahn joins Hall of Fame

Automotive News Europe Publisher and Editorial Director Keith Crain (left) said Carl Hahn (center) turned Volkswagen from a national company into a global power during his 12 years of running the automaker. Hahn was one of five new members inducted into the European Automotive Hall of Fame in Geneva last week. At a gala dinner to mark the occasion, VW Group Chairman Bernd Pischetsrieder (right) praised Hahn for expanding the automaker's presence in China, eastern Europe and other markets.
