CO2 rules keep Honda's Crossroad out of Europe

Honda's new Crossroad will fight Toyota's RAV4 only in Japan.

TOKYO -- Honda will not sell its new Crossroad SUV/minivan cross-over in Europe because of CO2 emissions limits.
