BMW, Great Wall finalize agreement to build Mini EVs in China

Mini previewed an electric concept at last year's Frankfurt auto show.

LONDON/MUNICH -- BMW has sealed a joint-venture agreement with Great Wall Motor to produce electric Minis in China.
