Daimler fourth-quarter earnings hit by U.S.-China tariffs

STUTTGART -- Daimler's fourth-quarter operating profit fell 22 percent as trade wars and rising costs for developing electric and self-driving cars hit earnings at Mercedes-Benz cars.
