VW's Cupra brand 'at risk' from planned EU tariffs, CEO says

BERLIN -- The Tavascan battery-electric SUV built in China by Volkswagen Group’s Cupra brand would be “wiped out” if the European Commission followed through with planned import tariffs of 21.3 percent on the vehicle, said the brand’s CEO, Wayne Griffiths.
