PARIS/MILAN -- French shareholders in the planned merger of PSA Group and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles are seeking reassurances that they will retain a numerical advantage on a combined board if CEO Carlos Tavares were to leave, two sources close to PSA told Reuters.
