VW T-Roc is Europe's top-seller for second straight month

The Volkswagen T-Roc was Europe's No. 1 seller for August, holding on to the top slot for the second consecutive month. VW's small SUV ended the Peugeot 208's three-month reign as Europe's best-seller in July.
