Hyundai said its i20 hatchback will be its first model in Europe to get a new company-wide design language it calls "Sensuous Sportiness."
Hyundai released design sketches of the new-generation i20 ahead of its debut at the Geneva auto show on March 3.
The sketches show that the new i20 will have a sportier and more dynamic look than the current car.
In a news release, Hyundai said its new design direction is aimed at giving its cars and SUVs a distinctive look and more emotional appeal.
The i20's interior also gets an overhaul. A new digital cluster and the main center fascia have been combined, and feature two 10.25-inch screens.
