U.S. judge puts Bollinger Motors into receivership; assets frozen after founder’s lawsuit

DETROIT — Troubled electric vehicle startup Bollinger Motors has been put into court receivership by a federal judge after founder Robert Bollinger sued owner Mullen Automotive Inc. of California over breached repayment terms of a $10 million loan he made to Mullen late last year.
