Nissan will keep its assembly affiliate, but JATCO will go

TOKYO - Nissan Shatai Co., the car body assembler 42.5 percent owned by Nissan Motor Co., is one of four affiliates Nissan won't sell as part of its revival plan. But JATCO TransTechnology Ltd., Nissan's transmission supplier, likely will be sold.
