A: First job was for Mercedes-Benz in California in 1999. Soon after transferred to Germany.

A: Putting a car in production – a new vehicle for Volvo, coming next year. Also becoming design director of Volvo operations in California.
Q: BIGGEST FAILURE AND WHAT IT TAUGHT YOU?
A: Bad timing. I left one company for another at the wrong time. One can never know, but you have to look at the layers to see what is going on under the surface.

A: Managing a team, and designing simultaneously. Also, keeping the lines of communication with Sweden open.
