FRANKFURT -- Efforts by the German interiors maker Grammer to dilute the influence of Bosnian activist investor Hastor were dealt a blow after Hastor blocked China's Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts Co. from gaining a 9.2 percent voting stake.
