Amazon-backed Rivian plans European assembly plant, report says

Rivian has agreed to supply 100,000 electric delivery vans to Amazon by 2030. A pilot package delivery program has started in the U.S.

Rivian, the electric-vehicle maker backed by Amazon.com, is scouting locations in Europe to build a new factory, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.
