Daimler, BMW seek to define self-driving rules

BMW's iNext concept will be the automaker's electric and autonomous flagship, The production car is scheduled to go into production in 2021 at the company's Dingolfing plant in Germany.

GENEVA -- Daimler and BMW want to set an industry standard that can help to shape future regulation for self-driving cars, senior executives said.
