TOKYO  -- The following are the prepared remarks Carlos Ghosn, the indicted former chairman of Nissan, made to the Tokyo District Court in his first public appearance since his Nov. 19 arrest. Ghosn addressed charges of allegedly underreporting compensation and special breach of trust for allegedly temporarily transferring personal swap losses to Nissan. The statement was released a by a representative of Ghosn’s family in the U.S.
