Jaguar Land Rover seeks to block U.S. imports of Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini and VW SUVs

JLR says the technology, which is a key feature in vehicles including the Jaguar F-Pace, helps negotiate a "broad range of surfaces."

Jaguar Land Rover filed a complaint on Thursday to block U.S. imports of Porsche, Lamborghini, Audi and VW SUVs it says are using its patented Terrain Response technology without permission.
