NEW YORK -- Trevor Milton, the convicted founder of electric- and hydrogen-powered truck maker Nikola, is seeking to avoid prison, with his lawyers saying his case differed from that of Theranos' Elizabeth Holmes, another startup founder convicted of fraud.
