Stellantis, Russian partner sell logistics company Gefco to French firm

Gefco web — Stellantis' stake in Gefco came via PSA Group, which sold 75 percent of the transport provider to Russian Railways in 2012.

PARIS -- Stellantis said it has sold its remaining 25 percent stake in the auto transport company Gefco to CMA CGM, a French shipping company.
