Stellantis, Russian partner sell logistics company Gefco to French firm

Stellantis' stake in Gefco came via PSA Group, which sold 75 percent of the transport provider to Russian Railways in 2012.

PARIS -- Stellantis said it has sold its remaining 25 percent stake in the auto transport company Gefco to CMA CGM, a French shipping company.
